BRUNCH: Bread and egg in a cup

This is what i made for brunch this afternoon! I finally had the time to try making this for the very first time, and i'm proud to say it was successful! Okay, not really but one was pretty overcooked. In this post, i'm going to tell you what you need to make this, it is really really simple! This is also a good idea to surprise your friends or your love ones when they're down.

This is all you need:
  • A cupcake tray/aluminium cupcake looking tray (those you use to make egg tarts)
  • Butter/oil
  • Bread (your preference)
  • Egg
  • Cheese/bacon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
1. Remove skin on the bread before making it flat
2. Place it into the pan, make sure you fold it to make it fit nicely into it
3. Place it into the oven (240 degrees) for 5-8 minutes until golden brown
4. Add cheese/bacon before cracking the egg into the bread
5. Place it back into the oven (240 degrees) for another 15-18 minutes

When the time is up, you'll get something like this! (below) Leave it to cool for awhile for the egg to cook.
Serve it with a cup of milk and you're ready to have it for breakfast or lunch!
When you cut it into half, it should look something like this! (the other one was cooked sigh)

I knew about this through this youtuber, watch it here if you want to!

Have fun making them!
