Chocolate Chip Muffins

Using Betty Crocker's muffin mix,

You will only need: 

• Eggs (two)
• Vegetable oil
• Water

Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius 

Purchase this in supermarkets for approx $6!

 2 eggs

 1/4 cup of oil

3/4 cup of water

Cupcake tray!

Just a few simple steps:

1. Pour the mix into a bowl

2. Crack the eggs, add in the oil and water into the mixture

 3. Mix them up then you'll get a mixture like this (below).

 4. Fill them up slightly more than half of the cupcake base paper

5. Now its all ready to go into the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes or until its golden brown.

And we're done! Golden brown chocolate chips muffins are ready to be served! This mix also allowed me to bake almost 17-18 muffins at such a reasonable price!
