Just recently got an oven from Expo sale for only $75! Good deal and finally i get to do it all by myself at home instead of having to go over to friend's place to bake.
Want to learn how to make the best chocolate brownies like these? (below)
It only takes an hour to be ready to eat!
It is very simple and here's what you need!
Vanilla Essence (1 teaspoon approx 2 drops)
225grams of Caster Sugar/ Fine sugar
60grams of Cocoa Powder
60grams of plain flour
A weighing scale
Brownie tray 20x20
200grams of dark/milk chocolate
2 eggs
140grams of butter
Preheat oven to 175 degrees first.
Step 1: Break chocolate and butter into a bowl and place it in the microwave for approx 2 minutes
Step 2: Use a spatula or a whisk to whip the mixture and you'll get a smooth mixture like this (below)
Step 3: Add in caster/fine sugar, continue to whip the mixture
You'll get this mixture if fine sugar is being used
Step 4: Add in 1-2 drops of vanilla essence
Step 5: Add in the eggs and continue to mix it
Step 6: Sieve the flour and add into the mixture
Step 7: Sieve the cocoa powder into mixture
Just keep mixing the mixture and you'll end up with this dark brown colour like this
Step 8: Pour it into the brownie tray!
Add in your favourite toppings! For me, it'll be m&n chocolate!
Then all set and ready to go into the oven! For 30 minutes!
